Here’s who’s ready to help bring on your brand!

Bring on the Brand (BOTB) is a modular team of senior strategists and creatives — most of whom have worked together on in-house teams led by our founder, Alana.

  • Fluid thinker. Bold creator. Energizing leader. Unafraid to embrace the unconventional, push the boundaries of creativity, and foster the vitality of people and teams.

Trained as a journalist, Alana spent the beginning of her career positioning and launching content-driven brands at News Corp., The Huffington Post (nationally and internationally), and Turner Broadcasting. Since then she’s served in several high-impact senior brand roles at tech startups (B2B and B2C) through their various investment phases.

Over the course of her career, she’s established and led more than 4 in-house brand and creative teams. And so Bring on the Brand was born — a modular, high-impact team comprised of many of the same strategists, creatives, and marketers she’s led in-house.

  • Often beclad in cat-themed and/or Snoopy gear, TJ is pretty easy to spot in a crowd. Once you find him, you’ll discover that his love for felines and cartoon beagles is matched by a mildly unhealthy obsession with solving problems. He spends his days feverishly creating and collaborating with fellow curious souls, building on his 25+ years of creative direction and copywriting experience at agencies like Chiat/Day, Saatchi, Y&R/Wunderman and Hill Holliday. He spends his nights dreaming of the same thing, except everyone is dressed like clowns and he forgot to wear pants for some reason. Rest assured he will never show up to a meeting sans trousers and will always show up with fresh ideas that make you think about your business a little differently.
